The foundational offering

4 + 1 + 4

For someone new to psychedelic work and working with me for the first time, I begin with four preparation sessions, a dedicated supported space for the journey itself, and four integration sessions afterward.

The structure gives us a shared roadmap while leaving room to respond to what is actually happening for you. It is a container, not a rigid curriculum.

The journey arc

Prepare with care.
Meet what arises.
Integrate what matters.

Preparation

Build the foundation

01

Intake & orientation

Your story, what brings you here, and what you need to feel informed and supported.

02

Intention & desired outcome

What you hope to understand, shift, experience, or carry forward—without forcing an outcome.

03

Inner resources & self-connection

Grounding and self-connection practices you can draw on throughout the process.

04

Journey preparation

Practical readiness, intentions, boundaries, support needs, and final questions.

The journey

A dedicated, supported space for the direct experience.

Centered on presence, consent, clear boundaries, and your individual process.

Integration

Carry it into life

05

Landing

How you are doing now, what stands out, and what care or support matters in the immediate aftermath.

06

Meaning

Exploring themes, feelings, images, insights, and personal associations that continue to feel alive.

07

Embodiment

Turning insight into small, grounded changes in relationships, practices, boundaries, and choices.

08

Completion & forward path

What has shifted, what remains open, and how you want to carry the work forward.

What the container supports

The structure serves the process.

Preparation

Clarity around intentions, expectations, boundaries, support needs, and practical readiness.

Presence

A calm, consent-centered environment that respects your pace and individual process.

Integration

Time to listen to what emerged before rushing to explain it, act on it, or make major changes.

Embodiment

Turning meaningful insight into realistic practices, conversations, boundaries, choices, or creative expression.

Experience changes the conversation

Foundational by default. Flexible when appropriate.

For someone who is both new to psychedelic work and working with me for the first time, I keep the full foundational structure. Preparation is not simply about getting ready for the journey; it gives us time to build trust, explore intentions, establish boundaries, and create a strong foundation.

When we have worked together before, or when someone brings significant prior psychedelic experience, a customized structure may be appropriate. That could include a 3 + 1 + 3 container or another shape that honestly reflects the relationship, experience level, needs, and circumstances. We consider that together after an introductory conversation.

Integration-only support

The experience already happened. You can still begin here.

You do not need to have prepared with me—or to have had the experience in a container I supported—to seek integration coaching afterward.

Integration-only work can begin with landing and grounding, then move toward meaning, embodiment, and a forward path. The number and rhythm of sessions are shaped around what happened, what remains alive, and the support you need now.

Clear scope is part of the work

Your experience remains your own.

My role is not to tell you what your experience means or where it should lead. I offer presence, thoughtful questions, reflection, preparation, and support as you listen more deeply to yourself.

This work is coaching—not psychotherapy, psychiatric or medical care, crisis intervention, or substance provision. No substances, access, or medical advice are provided. We discuss consent, boundaries, support, and the limits of our relationship before the journey. Additional clinical or specialized support may sometimes be appropriate.

A few things to know

Questions before we begin

Do I need to have a particular kind of experience?

No. Preparation creates a foundation; it does not prescribe or guarantee what unfolds.

Is the roadmap rigid?

No. We follow the overall arc while allowing individual sessions to respond to what we discover together.

Can I come only for integration?

Yes. Integration-only support is available whether the experience was profound, difficult, unclear, or simply still unfolding.

How do we know whether this fits?

We begin with a private, free, no-pressure 20-minute conversation about where you are, what you need, and whether working together feels appropriate.

Begin with a conversation

You do not have to arrive with certainty.

Bring your curiosity, your questions, and whatever you are still trying to understand.
